Assume you want to harvest a particular variety before
Valentine's Day. Just select the variety and click the
desired end-of-harvest date and ForceCalc gives you the
other dates required in your schedule:
- the date when Stage G must have been
completed
- the required start of the cooling period
- the required start of the greenhouse period.
